One Private Qigong Session

If you’d like to try one online Qigong session on an “as needed” basis, this option is for you! Each session includes:

  • Personalized Qigong session created by Charmaine based on your needs

  • Replay of the session e-mailed to you

  • Google Doc of the movements or acupressure points used

  • Customized Action Plan (movements, acupressure points, etc.) after the practice to help you moving forward, even after the session

  • The best part about a Private Qigong session is that it is 100% customized to your needs! For instance, if you have a knee injury, Charmaine can design a Qigong program for you that can help you send energy and healing Qi to your knee, and also utilize chair movements if needed. If you have been recently acutely injured, however, please seek help from a doctor or physical therapist first to help assess your limits in movement prior to doing a Qigong session.


    Private Qigong sessions are also helpful for emotional wellbeing issues that you would like to seek help with privately, such a a recent loss of a loved one, a current hardship or challenge you are facing, and more. However, Qigong is not a replacement for therapy and is not used as a primary treatment for acute trauma. If you have experienced an acutely traumatizing event recently, please seek out help from a mental health professional first, and use Qigong as a supplemental tool to help you in your healing journey.

  • Qigong is often called a “moving meditation.” It’s an ancient mind-body practice that was started in China thousands of years ago as a way to prevent illness and promote holistic wellbeing. Qigong often consists of a combination of mindful movement, breathing techniques, self-applied massage, and meditation. It is a gentle form of exercise that can be modified for anyone, even those who cannot stand or walk! To learn more about Qigong, click here.

  • The beauty of Qigong is that you can do it wearing just about anything! It is gentle and helps you circulate your blood without having to do any aerobic activity (or sweating!). However, to maximize your comfort (and to ensure that Qi is flowing efficiently throughout your body), it is recommended to wear loose clothing as you are doing the practice.

  • Yes! As a way of making sure you have a practice that you can do even after each private session, Charmaine will record your session and send it to you within 24 hours of your session ending. It is advised that you download the replay into your own computer if you’d like to keep it long-term, as Charmaine will delete all of her private Qigong video sessions within 1 year of working with you.
