Mission Connection is proud to host a 6-Week Perinatal Wellness Series at Mind Body Baby in Orange County. On Tuesday, January 28, Charmaine will lead a mini workshop where you can learn somatic movements and breathing techniques to help promote relaxation and stress reduction as you go on your perinatal journey.
