Unwind your day and find your calm at the Calm Within: Evening Qigong Flow class! This peaceful session is designed to help you release stress, feel centered, and prepare for a rejuvenating night's sleep.
Through gentle Qigong movements, soothing breathing exercises, and acupressure self-massage, you'll harmonize your energy and leave the day's tension behind. We’ll close with a brief Tibetan singing bowl meditation, leaving you deeply relaxed and ready to rest.
All levels are welcome—come nurture your calm within!
